About Kendra
Kendra, a retired professional school counselor from Missouri, has over 23 years of experience in education, assessment and evaluation, behavior modification, and program management. Serving as the guidance and counseling department chair, behavioral interventionist, district testing coordinator, and 504 coordinator, she provided strategic leadership for her department and a variety of educational and mental health programs. Kendra received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on research in 1997 and her master’s degree in educational psychology in 1999 from the University of Mississippi.

Currently residing in Edwardsville, Illinois, Kendra is a research associate at Goshen Consulting where she supports her team with interpreting, analyzing, and making meaning of data. Working in a collaborative team environment, she assists with program evaluation using her background knowledge of behavioral health, assessment, and educational best practices to provide clients with information they need to make data-driven decisions on program implementation. Kendra embraces a positive attitude and maintains the belief that sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.
